- No. It is research and orchestration — a sequenced plan for self-directed movers. Confirm every step with the relevant authority; rules change.
- Why start with my arrival date?
- Your landing day re-times the whole corridor: what to do before you fly, on day zero, and what must wait for Emirates ID or Ejari.
- Do you force partner referrals?
- No. You can always self-serve each step. When you request help, partners are ranked on fit only — paid relationships are disclosed, and fees never reorder recommendations.
- Who delivers property and company setup?
- Where CoreSpaces is already licensed: realty via CoreSpaces Realty (RERA), company setup via CoreSpaces L.L.C-FZ. Everything else is self-serve or a disclosed partner.
- What happens to my data?
- Saving a plan requires explicit consent. Sharing details with a partner is a separate opt-in. You can export or delete your account under PDPL / GDPR.
